Matchmaking Event "Corporates meet Startups"
Take the opportunity and meet German and international startups and corporates in 20-minutes B2B meetings arranged in advance. Industry focus is on chemistry, biotechnology, bioelectronics, environmentalism, sustainability, digital process management and innovation management.
Participation in the matchmaking event is free of charge for all companies. In addition, we offer free participation in the CIEX Europe 2022 conference on 5 and 6 October 2022 for 10 startups with confirmed meetings.
Participation in the matchmaking event is reserved for startups as well as for large and established companies from chemistry, biotechnology, bioelectronics, digital process management/IT, environment and innovation management.
During Chem-Match you have the have the possibility to meet several IP experts from Helpdesks around the world. Book meetings with them to discuss your IP matters and to get useful help and support.
How it works
Step 1: Register
Register until 7 October 2022 at https://chem-match2022.b2match.io/login

Step 2: Set up a Profile
Publish a profile that will be visible to the other delegates on the event website. This profile describes what you are looking for and are offering to potential partners. Guide
The better your profile, the more meeting requests you will receive!
Step 3: Request Meetings
You can send and receive meeting requests with other registered delegates.
Please note: A meeting request remains pending unless the requested delegate has accepted the request. Only accepted meeting requests will be scheduled. Please accept or reject incoming meeting requests as quickly as possible. Guide
Your meeting agenda is always updated online or mobile via the b2match app (available for Android and iOS).
Step 4: At the spot
Meetings will take place on 6 and 7 October 2022

08:00 – 08:30 Check-in to the Matchmaking Event Chem-Match 2022 (onsite Frankfurt)
08:30 – 10:30 B2B-Meetings (6 slots à 20 min.) (onsite Frankfurt)
12:30 – 13:30 B2B-Meetings (3 slots à 20 min.) (online)
17:00 – 18:00 B2B-Meetings (3 slots à 20 min.) (online)
Friday, 7 October
09:00 – 13:00 B2B-Meetings online (12 slots à 20 min.) (online)
13:00 – 16:00 B2B-Meetings online (9 slots à 20 min.) (online)
Online meetings will be managed via this platform. You don't need any additional software, only an up-to-date webbrowser (Google Chrome or Edge work best), a microphone and a webcam. Guide
However, if you and your interlocutor should both attend CIEX in Frankfurt on Thursday 6th October 2022, you will have the opportunity to meet physically at the venue for the afternoon slots. A meeting point will be set up.

Special conditions for startups:
Startups with accepted meetings benefit from a free participation in the CIEX Conference on 5 and 6 October. Space is limited and will be given to those 10 startups (1 participant per company) with the highest number of meetings.
Participation in the matchmaking event is free of charge for ALL companies.
